New Board Member --
Please join us in welcoming Micah Blake to the
board of HBTM HOA. He and his family have
lived in HBTM for a couple of years.
The board is looking forward to the infusion
of new ideas to help to make this community
the best that it can be. Again, Welcome
Micah!!!
Volunteer Opportunities -- Would
you like to be a member of the Architectural
Control Committee (ACC)? If so send an
email to Ransom@ACMPINC.com stating
your name, address, email address and phone
number. We welcome you to join us.
And, we always need volunteers to organize
social activities for our children in HBTM.
Flock
Cameras -- Flock cameras, known as
license plate readers, have been installed at
each of the two entrances to HBTM. The Flock
cameras are able to be accessed by the HCSO and
Pct4. Constables. The cameras are also
connected to the Federal NCIC and JCIC
databases. Therefore, should you have
unwanted activity at your home or in the
subdivision, your responsibility is to call 911
or the Constables (281-376-3472) and file a

filed, the Sheriff or Constables will then
access our Flock cameras to see what they can
find. ACMP, our property management
company, nor the board of directors of HBTM HOA
are allowed to assist you in locating autos,
license tags or people. You must file a
police report.
The fire department and Pct 4 Constables
respectfully ask the following of us the
homeowners:
- Your address is clearly located on the front
of your home as well as the curb in front of
your home. At night leave a light on at
the front of your home.
- When parking on the street be sure to allow
ease of passage by emergency vehicles.
- Parking in front of and within 15 ft of a
fire hydrant is illegal and you
can/will be fined for doing so.
